What are VOC’s?
VOC’s are Volatile Organic Compounds which evaporate from paint when it is applied.They are carbon-based chemical substances which produce sometimes unpleasant fumes, and are found in most paints, wood stains and adhesives. VOC's are the main cause of paint odours and also contribute to air pollution, both indoors and in the atmosphere.

Wattyl Interior Design i.d meets the requirements of Environmental Choice New Zealand for its low environmental impact credentials and is approved by the Asthma and Respiratory Foundation of New Zealand as part of their Sensitive Choice programme.
Ammonia Free
Ammonia has been removed from Interior Design i.d to such a low level that there is no ammonia odour and no vapour to sting the eyes and nose.
